Such increases occur as a result of the increase of base monthly salary from VND 1,300,000 to VND 1,390,000 as from July 1, 2018.
The abovementioned regulations are referred to the following legal bases:
- Clause 7 Article 3 of Resolution No. 49/2017/QH14 on state budget estimates 2018.
- Clause 2 Article 3 of Decree No. 47/2017/ND-CP on base salary applicable to officials and public employees and the armed forces.
- Clause 2 Article 29 and Article 38 of the Law on Social insurance 2014.
