This Decree introduces the schedule of 20 goods and services over which the State holds its monopoly in terms of the following activities:
- Manufacturing, trading, export/import, temporary import, re-export or transit of industrial explosives;
- Manufacturing of gold bullions;
- Export/import of gold as materials for manufacturing of gold bullions;
- Import of cigarettes and cigars (except import thereof for trading of duty-free goods);
- Release of lottery tickets;
- Printing and casting of currency;
- Manufacturing, export/import, trading, transportation or storage of fireworks and firework-related services;
- Transmission and load dispatch, etc. for the national electricity system.
