According to the Decree, new templates of contracts include:
- Contract for sale of existing houses or buildings (or off-the-plan buildings);
- Contract for lease of existing houses or buildings (or off-the-plan buildings);
- Contract for lease purchase of existing houses or buildings (or off-the-plan buildings);
- Contract for transfer of land use rights;
- Contract for lease/sublease of land use rights;
- Contract for transfer of the whole project (or a part of a project).
In addition, the Decree also contains 02 templates of transfer contract, 02 templates of application for permission for transfer, 02 templates of reports on project execution, 02 forms of application for permission for receiving transfer, etc.
The contents of each type of contract templates shall be detailed in Appendices issued with the Decree.
