Fees for licensing chemical manufacturing and chemical trading

From July 20, 2015, the fee for issuance of a license for manufacturing or trading of chemicals on the List of industrial chemicals restricted from manufacturing and trading shall comply with Circular No. 85/2015/TT-BTC .

According to the Circular, the fee for issuance of a new license is VND 200,000; the fee for license adjustment is VND 100,000 per license.

Circular No. 85 also provides for various fees such as the fee for approval for chemical emergency prevention and response plan, which is VND 36 million per application; fee for approval for chemical emergency prevention and response measures, which is VND 8 million per application, etc.
