- Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố; - Các Hãng tàu/Đại lý hãng tàu/Công ty giao nhận.

Tiếp theo công văn số 6889/TCHQ-GSQL ngày 23/11/2018 của Tổng cục Hải quan về kiểm tra và chấn chỉnh việc khai thông tin Emanifest, Tổng cục Hải quan có ý kiến về thời gian áp dụng thực hiện các nội dung theo hướng dẫn tại công văn số 6889/TCHQ-GSQL nêu trên, như sau:

1. Đối với trường hợp hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu là phế liệu: Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố hướng dẫn Hãng tàu/Đại lý hãng tàu/ Công ty giao nhận nghiêm chỉnh thực hiện đúng hướng dẫn tại công văn số 6889/TCHQ-GSQL nêu trên.

2. Đối với trường hợp hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu không phải là phế liệu: Thời gian áp dụng triển khai thực hiện hướng dẫn tại công văn số 6889/TCHQ-GSQL bắt đầu từ ngày 01/01/2019.

Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố niêm yết công khai văn bản số 6889/TCHQ-GSQL nêu trên và văn bản này tại nơi làm thủ tục hải quan để thông báo cho các Hãng tàu/Đại lý hãng tàu/công ty giao nhận về việc kiểm tra và chấn chỉnh khai thông tin Emanifest.

Tổng cục Hải quan thông báo để các đơn vị biết và thực hiện./.

Continued after Official Dispatch No. 6889/TCHQ-GSQL dated November 23, 2018 of the General Department of Customs on e-manifest declaration and inspection, below are opinions of the General Department of Customs about time for implementation of Official Dispatch No. 6889/TCHQ-GSQL:

1. For imported and exported wastes: Customs Departments of provinces shall instruct shipping companies, shipping agents and forwarders to strictly follow the provisions of Official Dispatch No. 6889//BTC-TCHQ.

2. For imports and exports other than wastes: Official Dispatch No. 6889/BTC-TCHQ shall apply from January 01, 2019.

Customs Departments of provinces shall post Official Dispatch No. 6889/TCHQ-GSQL and this document where customs procedures are followed in order to make information about e-manifest declaration and inspection publicly available to shipping companies, shipping agents and forwarders.
