JOINT CIRCULAR
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING POINT 2, ITEM II OF THE JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 10/1999 TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT DATED 17/3/1999 OF MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND MINISTRY OF HEALTH GUIDING THE IMPLEMETATION OF THE REGIME OF ALLOWANCES IN KIND TO EMPLOYEES EXPOSED TO DANGEROUS AND HAZARDOUS WORKING CONDITIONS
Pursuant to Article 104 of the Labour Code amended
and supplumented in 2002 and Article 8 of the Decree No.06/CP dated 20 January
1995 of the Government regulating some articles in details on occupational
health and safety; After receiving the advice from Ministry of Finance on
Official Document No. 8476/BTC-PC dated 10 July 2006, Ministry of Labour,
Invalids and Social Affairs and Ministry of Health co-amend and co-supplement Point
2, Item II of the Joint Circular No. 10/1999 TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT dated 17/3/1999

1. Point 2, Item II is
amended and supplemented as follows:
“2. Level of allowances:
Allowances in kind are calculated based on work volume per working day and
equivalent to the levels in cash as follows:
- Level 1, equivalent to VND4
- Level 2, equivalent to VND6
- Level 3, equivalent to VND8
