Căn cứ Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiếp pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung theo Nghị quyết số 51/2001/QH10 ngày 25/12/2001 của Quốc hội Khoá X, kỳ họp thứ 10;
Căn cứ vào Điều 91 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Luật giao dịch điện tử

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khoá XI, kỳ họp thứ 8 thông qua ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 2005./.

ON LAW PROMULGATION

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001, of the X^th National Assembly, the 10^th session;
Pursuant to Article 91 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.

HEREBY PROMULGATES:

The Law on E-Transactions, which was passed on November 29, 2005, by the XI^th National Assembly at its 8^th session;
