Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước CHXHCN Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Nghị quyết số 48/2001/QH10 về việc phê chuẩn "Hiệp định giữa Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam và Hợp chủng quốc Hoa Kỳ về quan hệ thương mại", đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam khóa X, kỳ họp thứ 10 thông qua ngày 28-11-2001.

ON THE PROMULGATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY’S RESOLUTION

THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,

PROMULGATES:

Resolution No. 48/2001/QH10 on the ratification of the "Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America on trade relations," which was adopted on November 28, 2001 by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 10th session.
