Căn cứ vào Điều 51 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

1. Pháp lệnh Thương phiếu;

2. Pháp lệnh Chất lượng hàng hóa.

Đã được Ủy ban Thường vụ Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa X thông qua ngày 24 tháng 12 năm 1999./.
