Tổng cục Bưu điện đã ban hành Thông tư số 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ ngày 26/7/2000 hướng dẫn thực hiện Quyết định số 178/1999/QĐ-TTg ngày 30/8/1999 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về việc Ghi nhãn hàng hoá đối với thiết bị viễn thông đầu cuối thuê bao sản xuất trong nước và nhập khẩu.

Ngày 15/8/2000 Thủ tướng Chính phủ ra Quyết định số 95/2000/QĐ-TTg về việc điều chỉnh, bổ sung một số nội dung của Quy chế ghi nhãn hàng hoá lưu thông trong nước và hàng hoá xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 178/1999/QĐ-TTg ngày 30/8/1999 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Để phù hợp với những qui định mới của Quyết định số 95/2000/QĐ-TTg, Tổng cục Bưu điện hướng dẫn một số sửa đổi, bổ sung Thông tư số 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ ngày 15/8/2000 của Tổng cục Bưu điện như sau:

1. Bổ sung mục 2.1.1.3 của Thông tư 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ như sau:

Việc ghi tên thiết bị như quy định tại điểm 2.1.1.1 của Thông tư số 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ phải bao gồm cả số hiệu tiêu chuẩn (nếu có), ký hiệu mẫu, mã và số series của thiết bị đó. Chữ viết tên hàng hoá có chiều cao không nhỏ hơn 2 mm (hai milimét).

2. Sửa đổi mục 4.1 và mục 4.2 của Thông tư 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ như sau:

Thông tư số 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2001.

3. Các quy định khác vẫn áp dụng theo quy định tại Thông tư số 03/2000/TT-TCBĐ ngày 26/7/2000 của Tổng cục Bưu điện.

4. Thông tư này có hiệu lực sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày ký.

5. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có vướng mắc, cần phản ánh kịp thời về Tổng cục Bưu điện để xem xét giải quyết.

CIRCULAR

GUIDING THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CIRCULAR No.03/2000/TT-TCBD OF JULY 26, 2000 ON THE GOODS LABELING OF HOME-MADE AND IMPORTED SUBSCRIBED END-TERMINAL TELE-COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT

The General Department of Post and Telecommunications issued on July 26, 2000 Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No.178/1999/QD-TTg of August 30, 1999 on the goods labeling of home-made and imported end-terminal subscribed telecommunications equipment
On August 15, 2000 the Prime Minister issued Decision No.95/2000/QD-TTg readjusting and supplementing a number of contents of the Regulation on the labeling of domestically circulated goods as well as export and import goods, promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No.178/1999/QD-TTg of August 30, 1999.
To make Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD of August 15, 2000 of the General Department of Post and Telecommunications consistent with Decision No.95/2000/QD-TTg, the General Department of Post and Telecommunications guides a number of amendments and supplements to the said Circular as follows:

1. To supplement Item 2.1.1.3 of Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD as follows:

The inscription of equipment names according to provisions at Point 2.1.1.1 of Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD must include the standardized identification number (if any), model and configuration symbols and serial number of such equipment. Letters used to inscribe the commodity names must be 2 mm (two milimeters) or more in height.

2. To amend Items 4.1 and 4.2 of Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD as follows:

Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD takes effect from January 1st, 2001.

3. Other stipulations shall continue to comply with the provisions of Circular No.03/2000/TT-TCBD of July 26, 2000 of the General Department of Post and Telecommunications.

5. Any problems arising in the course of implementation should be promptly reported to the General Department of Post and Telecommunication for study and settlement.
