PHÊ CHUẨN HIỆP ĐỊNH LÃNH SỰ VIỆT NAM - UCRAINA

CHỦ TỊCH NƯỚC CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM

Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Pháp lệnh về Ký kết và thực hiện Điều ước quốc tế của nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam ngày 17 tháng 10 năm 1989;
Theo đề nghị của Chính phủ tại Tờ trình số 4394-QHQT ngày 8 tháng 8 năm 1994,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Phê chuẩn Hiệp định lãnh sự Việt Nam - Ucraina do Bộ trưởng Bộ Ngoại giao nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Nguyễn Mạnh Cầm đã ký tại Ki-ép (Ucraina) ngày 8 tháng 6 năm 1994.

Điều 2. Bộ trưởng Bộ Ngoại giao có trách nhiệm làm thủ tục đối ngoại về việc phê chuẩn Hiệp định này và thông báo cho các cơ quan hữu quan ngày bắt đầu có hiệu lực của Hiệp định.

Điều 3. Thủ tướng Chính phủ, Chủ nhiệm Văn phòng Chủ tịch nước chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

DECISION

TO RATIFY THE CONSULAR AGREEMENT BETWEEN VIETNAM AND UKRAINE

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Proceeding from the Ordinance on the Signing and Implementation of International Agreements by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam passed on the 17th of October 1989;
At the proposal of the Government forwarded in Note No. 4394-QHQT on the 8th of August 1994;

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To ratify the Consular Agreement between Vietnam and Ukraine signed by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cam, in Kiev (Ukraine) on the 8th of June, 1994.

Article 2.- The Minister for Foreign Affairs is responsible for carrying out external relation procedures of the ratification of this Agreement, and for notifying the concerned agencies of the effective date of this Agreement.

Article 3.- The Prime Minister and the Director of the Office of the State President are responsible for implementing this Decision.
