On January 6, 2023, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP on essential tasks and measures to implement the Plan for Socio-Economic Development, State Budget Estimates, and Business Environment Improvement, National Competitiveness Enhancement 2023.
Specifically, to perform tasks of developing, completing institutions, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement organizations, it is expected to develop and amend the following 20 Laws and Law Bills:

- Bill for the Law on the Capital (Draft of the amended Law on the Capital)
- Bill for the Law on Health Insurance (amended)
- Bill for the amended Law on Cooperatives (Law on Cooperative Economic Organizations)
- Bill for the amended Law on Procurement
- Bill for the Law on Telecommunications (amended)
- Request for amendments to the Press Law 2016
- Law on Land (amended)
- Law on Water Resources (amended)
- Law on Geology and Minerals
- Bill for the amended Law on Archives
- Bill for the Law on Housing (amended)
- Bill for the Law on Real Estate Trading (amended)
- Request for the development of the Law on Management of Urban Development
- Request for the development of the Law on Water Supply and Drainage
- Request for the development of the Law on amendments to the Law on Science and Technology
- Request for the development of the Law on amendments to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations
- Request for the development of the Law on amendments to the Law on Product and Goods Quality
