According to this Decree, 08 new templates of contracts for real estate trading regarding to sale, transfer, lease, or lease purchase, sublease come into force from March 1, 2022 including:
- Contract for sale, lease purchase of apartment.
- Contract for sale, lease purchase of condotel and officetel.
- Contract for sale, lease purchase of detached house.
- Contract for sale, lease purchase of other existing buildings.
- Contract for lease of existing buildings.
- Contract for transfer of land use rights.
- Contract for lease, or sublease of land use rights.
- Contract for transfer of the whole project (a part of a project).
The Decree No. 02/2022/ND-CP comes into force from March 01, 2022 and supersedes Decree No. 76/2015/ND-CP dated September 10, 2015.
