According to the Official Dispatch No.
5766/BGDDT-GDTT dated December 13, 2021, providing guidance on education and assessment of elementary students taking the general education program in response to Covid-19, periodic exams must be held seriously, assess learning quality correctly, or may be divided into multiple groups, depending on examinees and disease developments.
- Grade-1 and grade-2 students:
As periodic exams will be held offline, education institutions must implement flexible and appropriate solutions as follows:
+ Plan the exam schedule.
+ Meet with student's parents to communicate, advise on and obtain their consent for exam plans.
+ Split students into small groups meeting epidemic safety requirements to provide them with instruction, help them consolidate and fortify their knowledge.
In an unexpected situation likely to occur, when students are unable to take offline exams at school, schools are responsible for considering online exam plans.
- Grade-3, grade-4 and grade-5 students:
Periodic exams will be held flexibly in either online or offline form, depending on whether all particular local requirements are satisfied.
