According to this document, the Ministry of Health provides instructions about the medical quarantine duration as follows:
- Period of medical quarantine of F1 cases and passengers entering Vietnam is reduced from 21 days to 14 days;
+ Period of medical quarantine of passengers entering Vietnam for business purposes is reduced to shorter than 14 days.
+ Period of medical quarantine of other persons will be subject to regulations of the National Steering Committee on COVID-19 prevention and control and the Ministry of Health.
- Continue to monitor health condition at home at accommodations for 14 following days.
- Strictly abide by regulations on management and oversight of medical quarantine, transfer and monitoring, medical supervision after quarantine to avoid cross-contamination and spread of the disease to community.
