According to this Circular, agents used for production and business of health protection food are included in the following lists:
- Appendix V “List of pharmaceuticals and medicinal ingredients prohibited from import or export” to the Decree No. 54/2017/ND-CP dated May 8, 2017;
- List I, II, III and IVA indicating narcotics and precursors annexed to the Decree No. 73/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018;
- Appendix I “List of addictive substances” to the Circular No. 20/2017/TT-BYT dated May 10, 2017;
- List of poisons and poisonous substances used in medicine annexed to the Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BYT dated May 3, 2017;
- Appendix I, II and III showing the List of poisonous substances used in medicine to the Circular No. 42/2017/TT-BYT dated November 13, 2017;
