- Candidates may adjust their options three times.
Specific regulations prescribe that, after receiving results of upper secondary education graduation, candidates may adjust their enrolment options three times within the prescribed duration online.
(current regulations set forth in the Circular No. 09/2020 prescribe that candidates may adjust their enrolment option only once during the prescribed duration online or directly).
- Regarding submission of primary copies of certificates of exam results before recognition of admission:
The admission council of each training institution should send a candidate a notice of admission into their school when the candidate has fully met the conditions for admission according to the provisions of this Regulation and the regulations of the training institution, clearly stating necessary application requirements for candidates upon admission;
The training institution may only use the primary certificate of exam results as a basis for admission recognition (for candidates taking the high school graduation exam of the year of enrollment). (This is a new supplement).
Successful candidates must confirm their enrolment by only submitting the primary certificates of exam results (for candidates taking the high school graduation exam of the year of enrollment) to the training institutions in accordance with this Regulation within the time limits specified by the training institutions.
Circular No. 16/2021/TT-BGDDT is entering into force as of July 16, 2021.
