This Circular prescribes 13 groups of products and commodities under the management of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs that are subjected to the state quality inspection upon importation, specifically including:
- Workers' head protection equipment: Industrial safety helmets.
- Worker’s eye and face protection equipment: Welding glasses, welding masks, anti-splash, anti-ultraviolet ray masks.
- Worker’s respiratory protection equipment: Face masks, respirators and dust filtering half-face masks; Face masks, respirators and hazardous gas filtration respirators (except medical masks).
- Worker’s hand protection equipment: Safety gloves which resist cuts, punctures, tearing, and electrical insulated gloves (except for medical gloves, health checkup gloves).
- Worker’s foot protection equipment: Puncture, cut, pressure and bump impact, chemical resistant shoes; electrical insulated boots.
- Personal safety belts and fall protection systems for workers.
- Heat and fire resistant clothing for workers.
Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BLDTBXH is entering into force as of July 18, 2021, replacing the Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 6, 2018.
