In this Decision, goals of actions for prevention, detection, intervention and child support in case of illegal child labor and towards children at high risk of becoming child laborers are set as follows:
- Striving to decrease the employment rate of children and minors aged from 5 to 17 years by 4.9%.
- 100% of high-risk children, child laborers and children trafficked for the labor exploitation purposes will be entitled to timely support, intervention, monitoring and supervision benefits when receiving notifications.
- More than 90% of high-risk children and child laborers will have access to proper universal education and training programs.
Decision No. 782/QD-TTg is entering into force as of the signature date.
