According to this document, several contents of the Regulation are changed to be in line with 02 new National Technical Regulations, such as QCVN 01:2021/BXD on construction planning and QCVN 06:2021/BXD on fire safety for houses and construction projects, specifically as follows:
- Requirements concerning tap water supply and sewage drainage systems are aligned with requirements concerning water supply and drainage demands regulated in QCVN 01:2021/BXD. (currently, QCVN 01:2019/BXD will prevail)
- Escape routes and emergency exits inside apartment buildings and mixed-use apartment buildings must comply with regulations of QCVN 06:2021/BXD and QCVN 10:2014/BXD. (currently, QCVN 06:2010/BXD will prevail)
- Apartment buildings and mixed-use apartment buildings must conform to regulations on fire safety under QCVN 06:2021/BXD. (currently, QCVN 06:2010/BXD will prevail)
Circular No. 03/2021/TT-BXD is entering into force as of July 5, 2021, replacing the Circular No. 21/2019/TT-BXD dated December 31, 2019.
