Commitment not to moving out of home after finishing concentrated quarantine

The National Steering Committee on prevention and control of COVID-19 disease issues the Official Telegram No. 597/CD-BCD regarding the strict compliance with concentrated quarantine and post-quarantine management regulations.

According to this document, persons finishing the concentrated quarantine must make commitments not to:

- Going out of home or their residence;

If they are forced to move out of home or their residence for business or other business purposes, they must report to local police and medical authorities and strictly comply with the Ministry of Health’s 5K message; do not gather and visit crowded areas.

- Use information technology applications for supervision of implementation of disease prevention and control during the period of health monitoring at home or their residence.

- Take SARS-CoV-2 virus tests on the 7th day (from the date of end of concentrated quarantine):

+ If they are tested negative, they must continue monitoring of their health in accordance with regulations till the end date of the full 14-day quarantine period;

+ If they are tested positive, they must be quarantined at medical establishments in accordance with regulations.

- Provide daily health declarations for local medical officers.

If there are signs of fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, chill or loss of taste, they must immediately contact medical facilities for prompt management instructions as prescribed.
