According to this document, quality of building material and component products and commodities is subject to the following regulations:
- Conforming to legislative regulations on quality of products, commodities, and laws on technical standards and regulations.
- Products, commodities of building materials and construction components that are domestically manufactured and sold on the market must meet announced standards.
- As for building material products and commodities of which quality standards have not existed yet, these standards need to be formulated and announced in accordance with law.
- Standards applied to products, commodities of building materials and construction components that are imported must be announced.
- Imported products, commodities of building materials and construction components that are managed by national technical regulations must conform to the respective ones.
Decree No. 09/2021/ND-CP is entering into force as from the signature date.
