According to this document, objectives of developing space science and technology potentials are as follows:
- Training a team of about 300 experts and 3000 engineers engaged in the space science and technology sector;
- Investing in upgrading about 10 specialized laboratories; developing strong groups for research on the space science and technology sector, and application of the space science and technology;
- Investing in scientific researches, developing and applying the space science and technology to reach the level of the leading group in the region.
In addition, the Prime Minister also sets other targets for focused and key investment, and application of space scientific and technological advances by 2030.
