In this document, amendments or supplements regulated in clause 1 and 2 of Appendix 1 of Article 7.200 as per Part 7 of the Circular No. 01/2011/TT-BGTVT regarding training of aircraft pilots of multiple-member flight crews as follows:
- Flight training will last at least 240 hours of flight, including the amount of time spent on training pilots to fly and not to fly on simulated flights and reality flights through 04 stages.
- Providing the cooperative training for multiple-member crews as regulated without being integrated into flight training stages.
- Carrying out training on unparalleled flights on real aircraft or flight simulated devices.
- In each stage of training using flight training materials, basic knowledge training and practical training must be included.
- Training sessions must include the process of continuous evaluation of training materials and students in accordance with regulations.
- Training sessions must include at least 12 times of taking off and landing as a preconditions for acquisition of full skills.
Taking off and landing must be supervised by instructors on aircraft that will be rated.
Circular No. 42/2020/TT-BGTVT is entering into force as of March 15, 2021.
