The Decision prescribes objects prioritized for investments during this period, including:
- Encouraging major groups, enterprises, FDI enterprises to invest in the development of key national and provincial agricultural produce.
+ Gathering investments in regional inter-sectoral clusters associated with concentrated and large-scale agricultural production areas.
+ Developing regional agricultural service centers, such as scientific and technological research and transfer, financial, trading and logistics centers.
- Prioritizing investments of small and medium enterprises in the development of products having local advantages, gathering investments in provincial inter-sectoral clusters associated with concentrated material supply areas;
Investing in cooperation with cooperatives, alliances of cooperatives and farms, farmer’s business households on the manufacturing, processing and consumption of agricultural produce in value chains.
- Promoting startup enterprises, cooperatives, business households that invest in local specialty commodities according to the “one trade village, one particular product” model.
The Decision No. 5227/QĐ-BNN-KH is entering into force as of December 24, 2020.
