- Whenever there are grounds prescribed in clause 3 of Article 47 in the Law on Denunciation , accusers or persons dealing with accusations may send competent authorities requests for employment protection measures for protectees;
In case of emergencies, accusers can contact persons dealing with accusations in person or by phone to request prompt protection measures before having to send written or documentary requests.
- If any protection request is well-founded, competent authorities may issue decisions on enforcement of employment protection measures for protectees in accordance with regulations.
- If any protection request is not well-founded or upon seeing that application of protection measures is not necessary, competent authorities may issue notices of non-application of protection measures in accordance with regulations.
