In this document, 32 occupational groups that must meet strict OSH requirements include the followings:
- Direct cooking and processing of food at collective kitchens with the serving capacity of 300 rations or more each day.
- Medical examination and treatment; care of the disabled and patients; anatomic pathology, forensic expertise, microbiological testing; other pharmaceutical work.
- Direct slaughtering of animals, care of and breeding large animals in production and business establishments; farming and training of sniffer or specialized dogs, wild animals, snakes, crocodiles and destruction and disposal of infected animals.
- Direct operation of petrol, oil and liquefied gas pumps; repair of petrol and oil tanks, containers, and delivery, receipt, wholesaling and retailing of gas and oil.
- Direct processing of rubber latex and turpentine.
- Direct manufacturing and processing operation of beer, wine, refreshment beverages, cigarettes, cooking oils, confectionery and milk.
- Circus, animal circus performers; professional athletes, professional fitness and sports coaches.
Circular No. 06/2020/TT-BLDTBXH (in force from October 5, 2020) is applied to those specified in Article 2 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene, except Vietnamese workers working abroad under contracts.
