According to this Circular, from August 12 to December 31, 2020, rates of fees for pre-certification assessment of conformance to food safety regulations will be 10% less than those currently regulated in the Circular No. 279/2016/TT-BTC specifically including:
- Assessment of food business establishments: VND 900,000/application/applicant.
- Assessment of food and beverage service providers:
+ Capacity of less than 200 servings: VND 630,000/application/applicant.
+ Capacity of 200 servings or more: VND 900,000/application/applicant.
- Assessment of health-protective food processing establishments according to GMP instructions: VND 20,250,000/application/applicant.
Notes: Schedule of food safety and hygiene fees annexed to the Circular No. 75/2020/ND-CP is coming in use from January 1, 2021.
