According to this document, employers facing difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic may continue to be entitled to the temporary suspension of payment to the pension and death benefit fund if:
+ They are still in a difficult situation even though they have already been entitled to the temporary suspension of contributions to the pension and death benefit fund;
+ If they meet requirements for the first temporary suspension set out in the Official Dispatch No. 1511/LDTBXH-BHXH dated May 4, 2020, regulations currently in effect and in previous instructional documents on temporary suspension of contribution which have been issued by the Vietnam Social Security must apply.
The expiry of the temporary suspension of contributions to the pension and death benefit fund in both cases mentioned above is end of December 2020.
Authority to grant decisions, application procedures and processes will be subject to regulations and instructions included in the Official Dispatch No. 1511/LDTBXH-BHXH.
