Accordingly, it is required that the Chief Justice of the People's Court, the Chief Justice of the Military Court at all levels and Heads of affiliates of the Supreme People’s Court will, within their jurisdiction and duties, perform the following tasks:
- Actively collaborate with procedural agencies to expeditiously bring cases related to the followings to trial:
+ Crime of violating exit and entry regulations;
+ Crime of illegal stay in Vietnam;
+ Crime of organizing and brokering other people’s illegal exit or stay in Vietnam;
+ Crime of organizing and brokering other people’s flight or illegal stay in foreign countries;
+ Crime of coerce other people to flee or stay in foreign countries illegally;
- In the localities where cases of infection with Covid-19 disease have been reported within the community, Chief Justices of provincial People's Courts and Chief Justices of Military Zone's Military Court take the initiative in conducting or suspending trials to ensure good disease prevention and control practice.
- In the process of handling cases related to the prevention and control of Covid-19 disease, it is necessary to strictly comply with the requirements set forth in the Official Dispatch No. 45/TANDTC-PC dated March 30, 2020 and the Official Dispatch No. 27/TANDTC- PC-m dated April 22, 2020.
