According to this document, several forms other than those referred to in the Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA will be added as follows:
- Adding 4 forms granted to foreigners entering, exiting and residing in Vietnam:
+ E-visa (NC2a);
+ Visa granted according to the list of passengers approved by the Immigration Department (NC2b);
+ Sample “void” stamp (NC17);
+ Sample “expired” stamp (NC18).
- Adding 3 forms granted to entities, organizations and individuals sending invitation or guarantee letters to foreigners entering, exiting and residing in Vietnam:
+ E-visa application form (NA1a);
+ Request form for e-account (NA19);
+ Request form for revocation of e-account (NA20);
- Adding 3 forms intended for the Immigration Department:
+ Form of response to the request for e-account (NB8);
+ Form of notification of refusal to grant e-account (NB9);
+ Form of notification of revocation of e-account (NB10).
Circular No. 57/2020/TT-BCA is entering into force from July 1, 2020.
