Fees for environmental data exploitation and access are specified in the fee schedule enclosed in this Circular, specifically including:
- Fee for exploitation of and access to the database of environmental maps at the scale of 1/250,000, 1/500,000 or 1/1,000,000 is 9,145,000 dong/each.
- Fee for exploitation of and access to the database of environmental maps at the 1/10,000 scale is 975,000 dong/each.
- Fee for exploitation of and access to data on results of spot air, noise and vibration monitoring is 21,000 dong/parameter.
- Fee for exploitation and use of data on results of spot continental surface water monitoring is 17,000 dong/parameter, etc.
Notes: Fees for environmental data exploitation and access that are effective from May 26, 2020 to end of December 31, 2020 will be defined as 70% of those specified in the fee schedule enclosed in this Circular No. 22/2020/TT-BTC.
