According to this document, the Ministry of Health requests the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to include the followings in their instructional documents:
- All pupils, students and staff members working for educational institutions must wear face masks on the way to get to and from school as well as during their stay at school;
- The minimum space between seats of pupils or students must be 1.5 meters;
Depending on particular characteristics of each classroom, each desk can be intended for only one pupil or student, or can be shared by two; all desks can be placed in unequal position, provided that all school activities meet the aforesaid minimum seat distance requirement.
- People’s Committees of cities or provinces will take additional responsibilities to actualize instructions given by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs based on their respective conditions.
They will be in charge of providing instructions and supervising the implementation of the task of epidemic prevention and control at educational institutions under their jurisdiction.
