On February 20, 2020, Ministry of Finance has promulgated the Circular No.
11/2020/TT-BTC amending and supplementing several articles of the Circular No.
278/2016/TT-BTC regulating collection amount, regime for collection, payment, management and use of fees arising in the healthcare sector.
Several review fees in the healthcare sector will be increased, including:
- Fee for review of an application package for a license for tests on pest control and antibacterial chemicals and products for domestic and medical use will rise from 2 million dong to 3.5 million dong;
- Fee for review of an application package for a new certificate of registration for free sale of pest control and antibacterial chemicals and products for domestic and medical use will rise from 8 million dong to 11 million dong;
- Fee for review of an application package for renewal of a certificate of registration for free sale of pest control and antibacterial chemicals and products for domestic and medical use will rise from 1 million dong to 4 million dong.
On contrary, fee for review of an application package for accreditation of contents of advertising of pest control and antibacterial chemicals and products will be dropped from 1 million dong to 600 thousand dong.
Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BYT is entering into force on April 6, 2020.
