According to this Circular, machines, equipment, materials and substances subject to strict labor safety requirements in the public security sector include:
- Lachrymatory and electrification agents;
- Guns firing rubber bullets;
- Incendiary or smoke grenades;
- Equipment used for handling post bombs;
- Explosive detectors;
- X-ray imagers;
- Mobile phone jammers;
- Guns used for destroying explosives;
- Fire extinguishant – fire powder extinguishant;
- Fire extinguishant – Fire foaming extinguishant;
- Fire prevention systems – Automatic sprinklers;
- Fire safety equipment used for residential homes and building structures;
- Gaseous fire-extinguishing systems;
- Handheld fire extinguishers.
Circular No. 53/2016/TT-BLDTBXH will be repealed from the effective date of the Circular No. 36/2019/TT-BLDTBXH.
