"Regulations on minimum safety distance between farms and concentrated domestic or industrial waste treatment zones, residential areas, schools, hospitals, markets or sources of tap water, etc. will minimize the risk of polluting air and water for inhabitants living nearby. This contributes to resolving the situation which make inhabitants living nearby close doors all day to prevent stinky odour and diseases, etc.", Ms. Nguyen Thuy Han, Legal Advocate and Admin of the LawSoft Co.’s Law Forum, emphasized.

- Required minimum distance between two separate farms of two different owners must be 50 meters.
