In the list, there are 07 educational institutions subject to suspension of tests for and grant of IT application certificates, specifically including:
- Bac Ha International University: Such suspension is in force from August 15, 2019;
- Kinh Bac University: Such suspension is in force from August 16, 2019;
- Agroforestry College – Thai Nguyen University: Such suspension is in force from August 20, 2019;
- University of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Thanh Hoa province): Such suspension is in force from August 28, 2019;
Simultaneously, the list of 42 educational institutions subject to suspension of tests for and conferral of foreign language training certificates according to the continuing education program (Grade-A, Grade-B and Grade-C certificate) is released, specifically including:
- Nguyen Trai University: Such suspension is in force from July 30, 2019;
- Hai Phong University: Such suspension is in force from August 28, 2019.
