The Decree prescribes information required to be displayed on goods labels does not need to gather on labels but may be shown otherwise on goods;
Such display must ensure information is visible and sufficient without requiring disassembling of parts and components of goods;
Such required information constitutes an integral part of a good label.
Example:
- VIN chassis numbers etched on motorcycle frames or Vm numbers incised on motor vehicle's frames;
Though these numbers are not displayed in the same section where other required information is displayed, they must be visible without effort to disassemble parts or components and such information constitutes part of a goods labels.
- Manufacturing, expiry date or packaging size/quantity/volume must be printed at the bottom or body of bottles;
Though such information is not displayed in the same space where other information is displayed on labels attached to bottles, visibility must be ensured and it constitutes a part of a good label.
The Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BKHCN is entering into force on January 1, 2021.
