Pursuant to the Decree, road infrastructure property (including land and property attached to land) comprises:
- Roads, bridges, tunnels and associated auxiliary facilities;
- Ferry terminals and auxiliary facilities attached to ferry terminals; floating bridges and other auxiliary facilities;
- Weigh stations; toll plazas;
- Vehicle terminals and parking lots;
- Road management buildings;
- Rest stops;
- Stockpile warehouses;
- Traffic management and monitoring centers (ITS centers);
- Road safety corridor land where payment of compensations and site clearance have already been completed;
- Road traffic rescue centers;
- Other road infrastructure facilities prescribed in laws on road traffic.
The Decree No. 33/2019/ND-CP will enter into force from June 17, 2019 and replace the Decree No. 10/2013/ND-CP dated January 11, 2013.
