The Circular prescribes the following support activities:
- Providing training in business startup, business administration, in-depth business administration or on-site training at manufacturing and processing enterprises;
- Providing online training and training via mass media;
- Providing educational courses for public officials, servants and employees tasked with supporting small- and medium-sized enterprises.
Also, the State Budget will give support at the following specific rates:
- 50% of total cost of organizing a training course in business startup and business administration.
- 100% of tuition fees of trainees working for small- and medium-sized enterprises located within areas facing extremely socio-economic difficulties.
- 100% of tuition fees of trainees of small- and medium-sized enterprises under the control of female owners upon participation in training courses in business startup, business administrations and in-depth business management.
The Circular No. 05/2019/TT-BKHDT will enter into force May 12, 2019.
