By this document, the Prime Minister requests the Ministry of Planning and Investment to implement particular assignments and measures, including:
- Conducting researches on amendments and supplements to the Decree No. 78/2015/ND-CP with the aim of simplifying business registration procedures, including waiver of the fee for public disclosure of enterprise registration information (the existing fee in effect is 300,000 dong per each).
- Studying amendments and supplements to the Bill for Amendments and Supplements to certain Articles of the Investment Law and the Enterprise Law with a view to:
+ Providing enterprises with best conditions for business activities;
+ Reducing and eliminating unnecessary investment and business sectors and industries subject to regulatory conditions;
+ Effectively mobilizing resources and offering investment advantages in Vietnam.
- Drafting the Government’s Resolution actualizing certain support policies prescribed in the Law on Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
