The Circular adds 02 cases in which securities are subject to cancellation of registration of their trades on UpCom (total cases are increased to 06), including:
- Enterprises equitized in the form of public offering of stocks that have already registered stock trades on UpCom and have obtained enterprise registration certificates will be subject to cancellation of their stock trading registration after 01 year from the date of failure to meet the following requirements:
Capital requirement and/or shareholder requirement, as prescribed in point c of clause 1 of Article 25 in the Law on Securities.
- Equitized enterprises already obtaining registration for trades on UpCom and holding enterprise registration certificates before May 1, 2019 will be subject to cancellation of trading registration within 01 year from May 1, 2019 if they fail to meet capital or shareholder requirements prescribed in point dd of clause 1 of Article 6 in the Circular No. 180.
The Circular No. 13/2019/TT-BTC enters into force on May 1, 2019.
