The Circular prescribes amendments and supplements to a number of regulations on administrative application documentation and procedures for grant of permits to foreign workers and disabled workers and others. Below are some considerable forms and procedures:
- New forms of report on explanation of demands for foreign workers, given in Appendix III;
- Notice of expired work permits;
- Documentation requirements and application procedures for recognition of manufacturing and business establishments using at least 30% of their payroll that are disabled workers;
- Administrative procedures for appointment to headmasters of state-owned secondary education institutions;
- Administrative procedures for appointment to headmasters of state-owned postsecondary education institutions;
- Documentation requirements and procedures for final settlements in escrow accounts of enterprises licensed to send workers abroad.
The Circular No. 18/2018/TT-BLDTBXH enters into force on December 18, 2018.
