The full text of this Agreement is issued in the Appendix 01 to this Resolution and contains articles of the CPTPP in the Appendix 02 which will be directly applied.
This approval leads to amendments and supplements to law codes and laws according to the schedule agreed upon in the Agreement, including:
- 2012 Labor Code;
- 2015 Law on Intellectual Property (amended and supplemented in 2009);
- 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017);
- 2015 Criminal Procedure Code (amended and supplemented in 2017);
- 2000 Law on Insurance Business (amended and supplemented in 2010);
- 2010 Law on Food Safety;
- Anti-corruption Law (passed by the XIVth National Assembly in the 6th plenary session).
