In addition to promoting the use of e-tax invoices, the Ministry of Finance should:
- Strictly administer the state budget from the estimation stage to the administration, implementation and accounting stage;
- Concentrate on prevention and control of tax revenue loss, tax accrued debts and transfer pricing abuse, etc.;
- Take initiative in issuing Government bonds with a variety of maturity dates and mobilization channels which adapt to payment, disbursement requirements and market changes;
- Accentuate reform and streamlining of administrative procedures in the customs sector to ensure they conform to international standards;
- Intensify the management, inspection and detection of, and impose strict sanctions on, smuggling, trade frauds, manufacturing and trading of counterfeit products.
The Resolution No. 119/NQ-CP enters into force from September 9, 2018.
