Communists advocating for “Separation of powers” expelled from the Party

This is one of the highlighted contents specified in the Regulation No. 102-QD/TW of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Party dated November 15, 2017 on disciplinary actions against violating Communists.

Additionally, other violations will also be subject to such kind of disciplinary action, including:

- Deliberately saying or writing things to distort the history or truth, or defy leadership roles and revolutionary achievements of the Communist Party and the people.   

- Willfully spreading misleading and adverse information about viewpoints and policies of the Communist Party and the State; defaming leaders of the Communist Party and the State, and traditional values of the people, Communist Party and the State.

- Triggering the ideas of discontent, difference of political opinions and internal opposition. Misusing means of communications and social networks to decry, slander or defame leadership reputation and roles of the Communist Party.

- Colluding or conspiring with hostile, reactionary forces, opportunists or political malcontents to propagate opposite ideologies and viewpoints; mobilizing, organizing and rallying forces to oppose and undermine the Party and the State. 

The Regulation No. 102-QD/TW substitutes for the Regulation No. 181-QD/TW dated March 30, 2013.
