- The application form for the license for trade in gold bullion, given in the Appendix No.2 of the Circular No. 16/2012/TT-NHNN .
- The list of registered addresses licensed to trade gold bullion (including main offices, branches and business locations).
- The certificate for registration of an enterprise, branch and the written document showing the registered addresses which have been specified in the said list or notified to the business registration authority.
- The tax authority’s written confirmation of tax amounts paid for gold trades occurring in the last 2 years prior to the submission of the application.
This means that new regulations are adopted in comparison with the Circular No. 16/2012/TT-NHNN which has been amended by the Circular No. 38/2015/TT-NHNN as follows:
- Repeal the regulatory requirement that a financial statement for business activities carried out in the last 2 year prior to the submission of the application must be submitted;
- The requesting enterprises may decide whether they notify their business locations to the business registration authority or complete procedures for registration of their business locations.
The Circular No. 03/2017/TT-NHNN is going to enter into force from July 22, 2017.
