According to Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BLDTBXH, notable contents concerning support for guest workers of the National Objective Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction during 2021-2025 are as follows:
(1) Regarding workers of poor households and workers of ethnic groups in poor communes, extremely disadvantaged communes in river islets, coastal areas, and islands wishing to become guest workers, the support shall comply with Clause 1 Article 69 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC .
(2) Regarding workers of near-poor households and households escaping poverty in poor communes, extremely disadvantaged communes in river islets, coastal areas, and islands wishing to become guest workers, the support shall comply with Clause 2 Article 69 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC .
(3) Regarding other workers in poor communes, extremely disadvantaged communes in river islets, coastal areas, and islands wishing to become guest workers, the support shall comply with Clause 3 Article 69 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC .
(4) Regarding guest workers under agreements concluded between the Government of Vietnam and the Governments of host countries, the support shall comply with Clause 4 Article 69 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC .
(5) Regarding workers and relatives of workers in poor communes, extremely disadvantaged communes in river islets, coastal areas, and islands, they shall receive introduction or counseling concerning guest worker services.
(6) Regarding persons providing introduction and counseling concerning guest worker services for workers and relatives of workers in poor communes, extremely disadvantaged communes in river islets, coastal areas, and islands, the support shall comply with Clause 5 Article 69 of Circular No. 55/2023/TT-BTC .
Circular No. 03/2024/TT-BLDTBXH comes into force as of June 5, 2024.
