The Circular adds derivatives supervision fees, to be specific:
Derivatives supervision fees for Vietnam Stock Depositories and Clearing Corporation (VSDC): 10% of position management service fee/clearing service fee and collateral management service fee.
Derivatives supervision fee for Stock Exchange: 10% of derivatives trading revenues.
In addition, the Circular also adds securities supervision fee for clearing bank as follows:
- For stocks, fund certificates, secured warrants: 0,001% of 0,001% of net clearing, payment value/payment day up to 1.000.000 VND/day.
- For corporate bond: 0,00001% of net clearing, payment value/payment day, up to 100.000 VND/day.
Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC comes into force from July 1, 2022 and replaces Circular No. 272/2016/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016.
