QUYẾT ĐỊNH

CỦA THỐNG ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC SỐ 224/2001/QĐ-NHNN NGÀY 23 THÁNG 3 NĂM 2001 VỀ VIỆC HUỶ BỎ BẢNG CÂN ĐỐI TÀI CHÍNH CỦA TỔ CHỨC TÍN DỤNG BAN HÀNH KÈM THEO QUYẾT ĐỊNH SỐ 435/1998/QĐ-NHNN2 NGÀY 25/12/1998

THỐNG ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC

Căn cứ Luật Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam số 01/1997/QH10 ngày 12/12/1997; Luật các Tổ chức tín dụng số 02/1997/QH10 ngày 12/12/1997;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 15/CP ngày 02-3-1993 của Chính phủ về nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và trách nhiệm quản lý Nhà nước của Bộ, cơ quan ngang Bộ;
Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Kế toán - Tài chính,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Huỷ bỏ toàn bộ các quy định tại phần IV- Bảng cân đối tài chính của Tổ chức tín dụng, trong Hệ thống tài khoản kế toán các Tổ chức tín dụng ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 435/1998/QĐ-NHNN2 ngày 25-12-1998 của Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước.

Điều 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày 01/04/2001.

Điều 3. Chánh văn phòng, Vụ trưởng Vụ Kế toán - Tài chính, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị thuộc Ngân hàng Nhà nước, Giám đốc chi nhánh Ngân hàng Nhà nước tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương, Tổng giám đốc (Giám đốc) Tổ chức tín dụng chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

DECISION

ON THE CANCELLATION THE BALANCE SHEET OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS ISSUED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DECISION NO. 435/1998/QD-NHNN2 DATED 25 DECEMBER, 1998.

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated 12 December, 1997 and the Law on Credit Institutions No. 02/1997/QH10 dated 12 December, 1997.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 15CP dated 2 March, 1993 of the Government providing for the assignment, authority and responsibility for the State management of the Ministries and ministerial-level agencies,
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department.

DECIDES

Article 1. To cancel all the provisions stated in Section IV- Balance sheet of Credit institutions, in the System of Accounts of Credit Institutions issued in conjunction with the Decision No. 435/1998/QD-NHNN2 dated 25 December, 1998 of the Governor of the State Bank.

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from 01 April, 2001.

Article 3. The Director of the Administrative Department, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Heads of the relevant units of the State Bank of Vietnam, General Managers of the State Bank branches in the provinces and cities under the central Government's management, General Directors (Directors) of Credit institutions shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
